8.6k citations and 26 cited pages in Q1

It's not very often I get to write about customers who've been with us since 2018. I mean really, they've seen so many changes from Google and organic search in general they could probably write a book on it all. 

But now, as we enter the generation of LLM search results, there is still so much we don't know. But Michael from Mac-Case was kind enough to share some of their successes recently with JSON-LD for SEO and showing up in AI search results.

I’ve been using the JSON-LD app for many years. Every time I have had a question Ilana Davis has been there with a quick response. Over the last year or so we have been rigorously updating our site and product page, on-page content. As the content contained in the app has gained more and more importance regarding securing LLMs / AI citations, we gained access to the meta field where we could update and change the content as needed. This was a game changer for us, again with the help of Ilana. At the end of the first quarter of 2026 we started digging into the stats. Bing has reported that we received 8600 Microsoft Co-Pilot citations during the first 3 months of the year with the help of the JSON-LD app. Moreover, Ilana is one of the best people I have worked with in the nearly 30 years I’ve been involved in e-commerce. Getting cited in Microsoft Co-Pilot and other LLMs is no easy feat, but Mac-Case has really made a great name for themselves.
